Barry Road Offset Site

Ecology and Heritage Partners facilitated the planning approvals process for the Residential Development of 135 Barry Road on behalf of YourLand Pty Ltd, and established the associated on-site offset site at 135-161 Barry Road, Thomastown.

The offset site was established to protect nationally-significant ecological values, including a population of Matted Flax-lily Dianella amoena and areas of the Natural Temperate Grasslands of the Victorian Volcanic Plain (NTGVVP) ecological community.

On behalf of the proponent, we undertake the ongoing monitoring and management of ecological works to ensure the enhancement of the population of Matted Flax-lily and the quality of the NTGVVP ecological community.

As required under Approval Condition 8 of EPBC Act Approval 2014/7364, the Year 1 Annual Report is available below.
